This is a refurbished apartment, very bright, comfortable and well-equipped, 45 m2, located on the twelfth floor offering a superb view from the balcony (5.5 m2) of Paris and La Défense. La Défense is a 5-minute bus ride from the accommodation (15-minute walk) and Paris is 15 minutes away (5-minute walk + 10-minute train ride). For sports and entertainment lovers, it is also a 30-minute walk to Paris La Défense Arena. This listing is my primary residence, it is very important to me; I love it very much.

Beautiful quiet and bright apartment, crossing with 2 balconies, elevator. Right next to the Arena Défense (soundproofed concerts). We live in the apartment and rent it out a few weekends, key handover between noon and 2 p.m. 6-minute walk to the Grandre Arche, Les 4 Temps Shopping Center and transport (metro line 1, RER A and E, Tramway T2, train L and U - direct access to Porte Maillot, Opéra, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Louvre/Orsay/Beaubourg Museums, Disney Park, Château de Versailles).

My personal accommodation (48 m2 refurbished) that I will be happy to make available to any person who is careful and respectful of the premises. Offered as if it were your own with its soul of life, so that you feel at home (clothes, papers, trinkets, photos, will remain, please take great care of them...) 1st floor (no elevator) of a typical building in the old center of Nanterre Charm, light and calm (all windows overlook gardens) close to all transport and shops.

It's close to the Monoprix Supermarket and to Transports by Bus, Tramway, Metro and Train. Also in city center, it's facing the backyard garden and though it's very calm. Main transportation station is at 7 min walk, and then 6 minutes to Champs Elysées, 10 minutes to Louvre museum, and 20 minutes to Eiffel Tower.
