My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Located in Osny in a quiet and sought-after area, beautiful studio of 22 m² with terrace and garden Kitchen, fridge, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, tv, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine etc. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. The Champs Elysée is 1 hour and 20 minutes away by bus and train. Shuttle buses can be reached from Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle airport to Cergy with 1h00. Access to the Olympic Stadium: 1 hour 20 minutes by bus and train.

Cosy townhouse perfectly situated in the safe and peaceful prestigious neighbourhood of St Germain en Laye, giving you close access to Paris and Versailles, yet enjoying the serenity of urban life with lush greenery around. A short 10 - 12 min walk brings you to the castle, park, and the RER station. Market, bars, restaurants & commodities are also just a few mins walk away. House is set next to the forest where you can enjoy long walks or bicycling in the nature.

Come and spend a few days in this small, cozy, very bright "studio" house completely separate from our main home. Small self-contained outbuilding with kitchenette, bathroom, private toilet and garden. 10 minutes from the train station that takes you to Paris in 12 minutes. 25 minutes from La Défense business center and 30 minutes from the U Arena concert hall. Quiet area, close to local shops: bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket and market.

Quiet house near Paris & CFPTS

Charming maisonette renovated in 2022, close to Paris. Both quiet and close to all amenities. You can walk to the city center and restaurants. Not suitable for the elderly and young children as there are steep stairs. Served by the highway, metro line 3 ( 10 min walk) and line 11 ( 15 min walk) and 8 min by tram, you will be in a few minutes in the center of Paris (30 min). We are in the East suburbs glued to Paris.

50 metres from "Houilles - Carrières-sur-Seine" RER A station, this bright 80 m2 house is located in the charming town of Houilles, where the station and all shops are just a stone's throw from the house! La Défense 10 minutes away, Paris Centre 15 minutes. Ideal for visiting Paris, or even working at La Défense while enjoying the peace and quiet of the Yvelines or the Houilles market (Saturdays and Wednesdays).

Fully equipped 16 m² studio with a large 140 X 200 bed a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a small kitchen Our studio opens onto our private courtyard Our studio is non-smoking.
