Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

The house awaits you on the picturesque vineyard hillside along the Wine Route. With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. By car: Hévíz - 10 minutes, Balaton - 14 minutes and Keszthely - 13 minutes. Everything you need to have a relaxed time with a breezy terrace and a shared outer kitchen and BBQ. Enjoy your coffee and sunbathe on the two separate balconies overlooking each side of the villa. Observe nature and animals nearby with cattle farms and lookout tower a short walk away.

Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Our house offers a quiet retreat in the middle of orchards, vines, and fields, where you don't have to give up on modern and clean comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want silence, you don't have to move out, the sun goes around the building, it's impossible to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood and the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we cannot accommodate children (0-16 years)

The private wellness with sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation area and kitchenette are available to guests in all seasons. Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.

Két szobás, erkélyes lakásunk a belvárostól néhány percre, mégis csendes helyen lévő társasház első emeletén található (lift nincs). Bejáratát kívülről biztonsági kamera figyeli. A ház előtt ingyenes a parkolás, de tömegközlekedéssel is könnyen megközelíthető. A közelben éttermek, a szomszédos parkban pedig sportolási lehetőség és játszótér is várja Önöket és gyermekeiket.

You will be close to everything by staying in this central but still quiet place. Nice view from the balcony, equipped kitchen, spacious living room, comfortable bed, large Smart TV, working corner. In addition to the accommodation fee, a tourist tax of 500 HUF/person/night must be paid in Zalaegerszeg (IFA). This can be done on site in cash or by bank transfer.
