On the ground floor, a living room with a small dining area, a kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, 2 induction hobs, and all the necessary cooking utensils), a smart TV, a 140x190 sofa bed (sleeps 2), a large shower room with a private sauna, and a separate toilet. The city center, the large beach and the pier for the islands are about 1 km on foot, the train station is 800m away.
