Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

Patio on the Pacific has beautiful ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. On a nice day in Oceanside, you can enjoy the sailboats going by on the Pacific from the couch! To relax and recharge, use the buildings pools and spas or enjoy the 5 min walk to the beach + strand. Enjoy working here with 200mbps Internet and a dedicated desk in the bedroom. Our condo is a corner unit on the top floor (accessible via elevator) of building G in the North Coast Village.

It is in a gated area that is landscaped to feel like you are in a tropical paradise. It has a large pool, hot tub, new remodeled gym and BBQ area. It is within walking distance to the downtown beach community of Oceanside where many events take place. You can fish, take whale watching tours and eat at some of the finest restaurants in Southern California.
