But: If you are looking for comfort, perfection or a modern, clean and functional place to stay, you will be disappointed here and should therefore NOT read on (there are more suitable offers for this). . But if you are looking for a unique house with lots of charm and history, and do not mind that it attracts that the window gets stuck and crumbles here as the plaster, you should definitely read on and visit the "house on the hill".

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

The spacious farmhouse from 1650 is very well renovated and lovingly and practically furnished. It is suitable for families including grand/in-laws/parents. Children are welcome. Lechbruck is quite small, but has a good infrastructure: 3 supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, bookstore, various restaurants and an Italian ice cream shop.

In the heart of Pfaffenwinkel

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The house, built in 1898 and 2023 lovingly restored by us, is quiet and in the middle of a rural environment. Cycling and hiking trails await you, alpine sports, but also cultural treasures such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the Wieskirche nearby. In the evening, end comfortably over a glass of wine at one of the (3) open fireplaces or enjoy Bavarian specialties in one of the surrounding inns.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space: On the first floor, a large, open living-dining area offers space for cozy hours, alternatively in nice weather on the terrace. On the 2nd floor, there is 1 large double room, plus a large shower room with a hot tub. Another bedroom as a single room can be booked after consultation. The hostess lives in the basement with her own shower room. Only the kitchen is intended for shared use.

Welcome to our lakeside retreat in Herrsching at Lake Ammersee. The spacious 130 m² house accommodates up to 8 guests, perfect for families or groups. You’ll have direct access to the lake and can enjoy the view from the sunny terrace. The center of Herrsching, with shops, cafés, and restaurants, is within walking distance, making this house a convenient and comfortable base for your stay.

Casa Paradiso - max. privacy + Oktoberfest-bus!

If you choose "max. privacy", there won't be other people in the house. My bedroom and office will be locked, all the remaining house will be yours: 2 double bedrooms with each second bed (one with optional third bed instead of desk) + cellar room with double bed, 2 single beds + 1 futon bed (10 pers. max., more comfort with 8 pers.)
