Enjoy life in this accommodation right next to supermarkets and 1 km from the city center and S-Bahn.

The place is a unique experience! But: If you are looking for comfort, perfection or a modern, clean and functional place to stay, you will be disappointed here and should therefore NOT read on (there are more suitable offers for this). . But if you are looking for a unique house with lots of charm and history, and do not mind that it attracts that the window gets stuck and crumbles here as the plaster, you should definitely read on and visit the "house on the hill".

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

DUE TO CONVERSION, ONLY AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING FROM AUTUMN 26. Welcome to our holiday home with large garden in beautiful Ostallgäu. The spacious farmhouse from 1650 is very well renovated and lovingly and practically furnished. It is suitable for families including grand/in-laws/parents. Children are welcome. Lechbruck is quite small, but has a good infrastructure: 3 supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, bookstore, various restaurants and an Italian ice cream shop.

The kitchen features a wooden dining table accompanied by several chairs with red and cream upholstery. Stone and wood finishes enhance the cabinetry, while pendant lights illuminate the work area, highlighting the cooking appliances and utensils neatly arranged above the countertops.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The house, built in 1898 and 2023 lovingly restored by us, is quiet and in the middle of a rural environment. Cycling and hiking trails await you, alpine sports, but also cultural treasures such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the Wieskirche nearby. In the evening, end comfortably over a glass of wine at one of the (3) open fireplaces or enjoy Bavarian specialties in one of the surrounding inns.
