A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

The vacation rental is located with 2 other apartments in a house on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. There is another vacation home on the property. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Welcome to Anklam. My apartment is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the city, in an apartment building, on the second floor. The apartment is ideally suited for 2-3 people. If there are four of you, we recommend only a short stay. Anklam is the starting point for boat trips on the Peene, excursions to the island of Usedom and for day trips to Poland. The Ozeaneum in Stralsund and the island of Rügen are also worth a trip for a day trip.

The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

The terrace is covered, has a barbecue and seating area. Parking for 2 cars is on the property.

The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also quickly reach the desired places by car.

A cozy, thatched, listed timber-framed cottage in a 6,000 sqm park-like garden with pond. The garden is secluded behind a wall. The Graue Kate belongs to a complex with listed cottages. It is the largest of the three houses to rent. Dogs are welcome. Rowing on the pond, picking ripe fruit from the trees, fishing and the caught fish right on the garden grill: pure enjoyment, in peace and quiet!
