L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Marvellous apartment in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

lovely garden apartment with private exclusive heated pool with jacuzzi decorated in sardinian style close to centre and the beach. Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)

If what you're looking for is comfort then this is the right choice. Fantastic apartment, with ample space to be able to live a relaxing vacation. A few kilometers will separate you from some of the most beautiful beaches in South Sardinia. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioners for each room, and a spacious terrace overlooking the green gardens of the country, in which you can have lunch feeling a sense of peace and serenity. Beautiful apartment recently built (July 2018) with elevator, garage parking (for small cars), air conditioning, WIFI and a large terrace facing south. It is located in Via Ungheria, a short walk from the sea, in a new neighborhood surrounded by greenery. You can reach the beautiful beach of Poetto in 20 minutes on foot along a path that runs along the natural park of Molentargius. The neighborhood offers all the necessary amenities for your stay.
