Entire apartment located on the ground floor, in a small peaceful residence. Fiber Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix access. Convenient parking at the foot of the building. Very quiet neighborhood. In Murat itself, a nice little town with character (2 min walk) Train station nearby. Favorably located near the Cantal mountains (Le Plomb, Puy Mary, GR departure) 10 minutes' drive from the Lioran ski resort, served by shuttles, buses, trains. For nature lovers. Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station.
