The newly built holiday apartment is a stone's throw from the beach. From the spacious terrace, there is a magnificent panoramic view of the beach and the bay. Bjørnegården is an old beautiful farm, carefully renovated with respect for the history of the house. It is perfect for a cozy family reunion, a small wedding, a small company event or something completely different. It contains 7-8 rooms, a large country kitchen, a dining room with the possibility of small tables and a long table with up to 20 diners, 3 toilets with bath, a fireplace and a TV room. There are 3 bikes and two kayaks on site and outdoors there are good barbecue areas (two large gas grills) and many terraces.

Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.
