This large and stylishly modernized country house villa is perfect for families and friends with plenty of space to eat, relax and sleep. It is located within walking distance of the beach, has a 100 square meter dining/living area with heated wooden floor and fireplace, a library / study and a sauna. From the 3 terraces and from the house there is plenty of sun all around and with a southwest orientation. Not a very quiet location, as it is close to the main road (soundproofing windows available)

Energy-Spring with Lake-view. New!

You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

Ruhige Familienwohnung mit super Anbindung

We live here ourselves as a family with 2 kids (9 and 6 years old) and rent out our flat when we are not in Munich. The flat is perfect for a family but also for a couple or friends. Be aware that the wardrobes do not offer space as we leave our personal belongings there. There will be space in the fridge (see pictures) and you do not need to bring coffee, oil, vinegar, salt, spices, toilet paper as this is all included. So there should be enough space for your groceries on the kitchen top.

The accommodation is accessible via stairs on the 2nd floor of a charming, historic hostel and is part of our private living space with a lovingly furnished, separate area for your exclusive use. You live in the middle of a lively but quiet neighborhood with lots of cafés, small stores and restaurants. You can reach the streetcar, underground and S-Bahn in just a few minutes - Marienplatz is about 15 minutes away.
