Small cottage in the countryside in the countryside (semi-detached/annexed), about 70m² and beautiful large wooden veranda. Ideal for couples, singles, club or company trips, spending a few days with friends, but also for families with up to 3 children. Bargain offer: Travelers who come alone can book the ground floor alone at a discounted price. There is a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room and kitchen area, the beautiful large bathroom and the spacious veranda.

For children there is a cable car, trampoline, slide, sandbox, treehouse and football field as well as in summer in-house camera cafe.

We are located in the Augsburg triangle 25 min., Munich 60 min., Ingolstadt 40 min. Shopping is possible in the large Edeka 5 minutes away in Motzenhofen. Whether to the Brecherspitze, to the Ankelalm, to the Bodenschneid, to Spitzingsee or to the Stockeralm, from our house you can walk to everything. Ideally located, our house is also for skiers. In only about 10 minutes by car you will reach all surrounding ski resorts.

The 95 m² house offers space for 6 adults. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a library and a TV as well as a shower with toilet. Outside there is a terrace with barbecue and a fenced garden. There is a storage room with washing machine and a shed for SUP boards and bicycles. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with four beds and one with two single beds. WLAN, heating and parking are free of charge.
