For children there is a cable car, a trampoline, slide, sandbox, tree house and soccer field as well as in-house Cameroon sheep in summer.

The 95 m² house offers space for 6 adults. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a library and a TV as well as a shower with toilet. Outside there is a terrace with barbecue and a fenced garden. There is a storage room with washing machine and a shed for SUP boards and bicycles. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with four beds and one with two single beds. WLAN, heating and parking are free of charge.

The main house, which is furnished to a high standard, extends over 4 floors. Both the living room and the kitchen are equipped with top technology. The kitchen has two ovens, an induction cooker, a fully automatic coffee machine and a dishwasher. On the first and second floor there are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
