Our newly renovated apartment on the second floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Footpath to UFZ - Modern, quiet and cozy

My pretty apartment is suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. It is located about 3 km from the city center, in a quiet location. Within walking distance, 1 km away, are the UFZ and the KUBUS. In the immediate vicinity are EDEKA, bakery, pharmacy and others for daily needs. The center can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. Smoking is also not allowed.

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
