The location of the house impresses with its breathtaking distant view surrounded by nature. The view extends over the Rhine Valley to the Westerwald. A paradise for families with children, couples, hikers, hunters, birdwatchers and racing enthusiasts. Cologne, Bonn and Koblenz are very quickly accessible via the A61.

Amazing Villa, 5 min. fair/city

This amazing old villa was built around 1930 and was renovated shortly and is therefore equipped to the latest standards. It is in our private use and everything made with love and passion. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms of 35, 25 and 14 sqm and a single room of 8 sqm), a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms (15 sqm and 5 sqm) and a guest toilet. The garden is almost 1000 square meters. We are looking forward to our first AirBnB experience.

Beautiful single-family house (approx. 220 sqm living space) located on the Sieg. There are plenty of sleeping options as well as bathrooms, parking, balcony and a large garden. There is also a jacuzzi to relax. Wifi is available as well. The house is very rural, but you can reach the train station in a few minutes and can also travel to larger cities or to the nearest one to shop. The house offers enough space for 22 people or families. Non-smoking house!

Quietly located, private and ideal for families, friends and shared breaks in the countryside.
