The cottage has two balconies where you can enjoy your meals, sunbathe or just get a coffee on the bridge. The neighborhood is perfect for running and biking with nice bike trails. Also possibility of swimming and fishing in nearby lakes. By car, head to Järvsö in 3 minutes.

In the surroundings there are plenty of sights such as village farms and viewpoints (Avholmsberget e.g.), many nice fishing waters, dressage (Delsbo), flea markets and many other things.

The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
