Both Cedar Rapids and Iowa City are also a short drive away. You will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home! The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests. A Queen Air Mattress is available for an additional 2 guests. There is a $15 fee per night per person for 7th and 8th guest. 8 guests max.

Free Wi-Fi, conveniently located within minutes of downtown, great restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store is right up the road! Basement has a comfortable area for guests to unwind and watch a movie. There is plenty of sleeping space, 3 beds and 2 futons, 1.5 baths, large dining room table with plenty of space. The character within this home is absolutely gorgeous. You wont be disappointed!

2 miles to downtown. Our cute little bungalow is relaxing, calm & stylish. No stairs!Huge picture window overlooking the back yard leading into iconic Bever Park with Pool (seasonal), Playground, Petting zoo, (seasonal) Tennis courts, and of course find and sit on the "enormous rock" next to the creek. Multiple pavilions available to rent through the city. 1 King bed & 1 Queen bed. 2 car off street parking. Washer & dryer. Start the day off with a walk in the park & a cup of coffee..

Cozy Cottage

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.
