Midway between lovely towns, Woodstock and Phoenicia. Full kitchen and bath, closet, cathedral ceiling, sleeps two adults comfortably. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets. This includes service animals. Not suitable for children or infants. No smoking or vaping. We use fragrance free laundry detergent.

This unique studio space with private entrance is a recent addition to our charming home, located on a quiet private road in the village of Shokan. Situated within minutes of the Ashokan Rail Trail, this bike and walking trail offers dramatic vistas of the Ashokan Reservoir. Woodstock & Phoencia with their stores, galleries and restaurants are only 15 minute drives . Local recreation includes hiking trails, kayaking and for those looking for relaxation there are renowned spas.

Le Spot - Niche on the Notch

Huge private yard surrounded by Mountain Views and the sound of the stream in ravine off the back! 8 minutes to Phoenicia, 12 Minutes from Hunter Mountain & Tannersville, 20 minutes to Belleyere and Wyndam BUT on a flat acre within the Catskills preserve so you feel private with nature but never isolated! My 900 sq ft cabin was built in the 1960s by an artist and renovated with recycled & repurposed materials. (We are told it may also have been a witness protection house😮)

12 minutes to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort, 25 min to Windham. 9 min to Phoenicia and 30 min to Woodstock which all have year-round activities and wonderful food options. Nestled in the heart of the Catskills on a street that dead-ends into the Diamond Notch Falls trailhead, the location is gorgeous and centrally located. Take a morning walk to see the neighboring horses at Diamond Notch Trails or in Summer evenings enjoy a frog concert by the equestrian pond.

The Willow Treehouse is settled among the trees, overlooking a small, swimmable pond, on a wooded property 15min away from the town of Woodstock. It is cozy, yet has all you need to cook dinner, enjoy reading, sit on the couch and stare outside the window, or swim. Our cozy cabin is right on Route 212 in Mount Tremper, between Woodstock and Phoenicia, in close proximity to everything the sublime Catskills have to offer like hiking, skiing, swimming, and fishing. We are 20 minutes to Belleayre, 25 to Hunter, and 40 to Windham Mountains for the best of Catskills skiing, snowboarding, and snowtubing. The Pines restaurant is a short 5 minute walk from the cabin and home to local eclectic cuisine.
