The home is a spacious open concept, yet has cozy privacy for each guest bedroom. The interior decor is refined rustic and has furniture and accents that reflect the natural landscape. There are two bedrooms/1 bath up and a master bed and bath downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 decks for outdoor activities.

Exceptionally clean and has every thing you need for a short weekend or an extended stay. Eff has full size kitchen and washer and dryer. It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. Tiny house built in 2023 with all of the amenities nestled among the pine trees of 30 acres. 3/4 of a mile from a public boat ramp. Plus, it's walking distance to a private shoreline of Lake Sam Rayburn with private beach. Has one queen size bed plus a sofa bed which makes into a full size bed; can easily sleep 3 people. Murvaul Retreat

Relax with the friends and family at this stay with beautiful lake views in the evening from the back patio. Grill and sit by the gas firepit as the sun goes down over Jones Branch on Lake Murvaul. Whether you are in town for an event, work or a family function this home offers everything to make your stay enjoyable. Close access to the marina and restaurants makes it great for fishing or hunting. The covered parking is great to protect your belongings while you stay.

The DawsonHouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a country home with a spacious yard. It has nearby country roads to ride bikes, walk, or run. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.

The property is close to many attractions like, Cherokee Trace Safari park, Texas State Railroad (Polar Express), I.D Fairchild State Forest, Jim Hogg Park, David Crockett National Forest and River Run. Along with relaxing with nature and enjoying the family farm of goats, chickens and our donkey Biscuit.

Rolling Hills Entire Guesthouse Breakfast included

Quiet country setting on five acres but only four miles from town. Plenty of privacy but the hosts live on property just a call or text away. The dining room table easily seats 8 for meals, playing cards/games we have available. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill and you can eat outside on the private patio surrounded by tall pines and watch/listen to nature. We also have a fire pit to enjoy a warm evening outdoors.
