You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Fantastic house in the midst of nature

This luxurious architect's house is situated only one hour away from the city of Vienna. The location is breathtaking. There is plenty of outdoor space for playing and exercise as part of the property. Hiking trails lead from the front door. Perfect for couples, for families with children (large playroom and bedroom for children / Aupair), for friends who want to go on holiday together (separate sleeping possibilities on different floors).

Beautiful house with pool and view over Vienna

The house is in a beautiful villa district above Vienna. The bus is a 5 minute walk, the tram to downtown 10 minutes down the hill. There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely surrounded by greenery and yet in the city. Good running trails nearby that start right in front of the house.
