The apartment is 45 square meters On the main floor, there is a loft with a living-dining room and a small kitchen. The bathroom is at the back. Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and exit to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have a snack. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always available for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are traveling with more ask me before!!

Despite its proximity to the capital, it is located in the enclave of the middle course of the Guadarrama River, in a privileged environment with many hiking trails/greenways. It is a very quiet residential development, which feels like being in a rural area, so parties are not allowed at night. An ideal place to disconnect just steps from Madrid.

A very quiet and comfortable place to get to know Madrid and its surroundings without stress (El Escorial, Segovia, Ávila and Toledo) and where you can retreat to rest. Don't miss the Palacio del Infante Don Luis and its gardens located in the heart of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshing baths.
