Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and exit to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have a snack. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always available for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are traveling with more ask me before!!

It is a detached villa (full rental) very close to Madrid (in a residential development on the outskirts of Móstoles). Despite its proximity to the capital, it is located in the enclave of the middle course of the Guadarrama River, in a privileged environment with many hiking trails/greenways. It is a very quiet residential development, which feels like being in a rural area, so parties are not allowed at night. An ideal place to disconnect just steps from Madrid.
