You will appreciate it for its comfort, its location, its equipment, its thermal and sound insulation, the peaceful character of the environment, the unobstructed view of the village and the mountain, the absence of opposite, the very proximity to shops, the multitude of activities available including the Portes du Soleil estate. This old farmhouse dating from 1800 can comfortably accommodate 10 people on 2 levels and 150 m² of living space. This chalet includes 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. It is located in Villards-sur-Thônes, 900 m above sea level, equidistant from La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand and close to Annecy. A complete renovation in 2018 was carried out while maintaining the spirit of authenticity that marks this type of habitat. The chalet is not suitable for Persons with Reduced Mobility.

Recently renovated, 2 bedroom apartment with a private south facing garden in central Chamonix, opposite the Aiguille du midi lift station. Perfect spot with no car needed. Walking distance to all amenities, but also quiet. Located on a side street with private sunny garden to enjoy during the summer. Fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and fast WIFI. Perfect for couples, friends or a family. Large smart TV to access Netflix with French freeview, and a DVD played also provided.

The studio is ideal for a couple or 2 friends but also possible for a small family & can sleep up to 4 if necessary.

Luxury apartment with stunning views, sounds of mountain streams and cowbells. This former Swiss border patrol is a communal monument. Our house is the starting point to one of the best walks in Switzerland (according to Lonely Planet) and can take you to the emerald waters of Lac Tanay. In the winter, your family can enjoy the 250-meter long bunny hill ski slope just 100 meters away. I think 'absolutely quaint' is the best description.

This stunning and rare waterfront home is perched on the shore of lake Geneva with private beach and jetty. The house is very spacious and offers 3 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite. One of the bedrooms is a large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 people which is ideal for lots kids. The house is ideal for 2 families. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.
