The Super-Morzine ski lift (viewable from our huge balcony & swooping you up to Avoriaz) is directly opposite - a 60sec walk. The Pleney cable car is 3mins away or via free petit-train from directly outside.

Chalet Les Trois Canards - Châtel, Luxury, Jacuzzi

Our luxurious chalet is the perfect base for your winter or summer holidays in Chatel and the Portes du Soleil area. The chalet boasts a spacious lounge with log burner which offers superb valley views through large picture windows. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

La Noix is recently build modern 58m2 apartment. On a 2nd floor in a building, sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms with ensuite showers plus 1 wc room. We rent our cottage with all amenities and games for kids dvd, various games (lego playmobil barbies sylvania books monopoly trivial pursuit...) There is a terrace where you can eat, a BBQ, a ping-pong table We offer waste sorting with 1 bin for plastics, 1 bin for glass, 1 compost. We don't accept pets in winter because it's too much maintenance (dirt due to snow) We lend out sleds and snowshoes.⛄️
