Single-story house in a gated community, very bright and integrated with nature. Great for reconnecting and recharging. It has 3 bedrooms, one suite with a double bed, one single bedroom with two beds, one of which is a trundle bed, and another bedroom with a double bed, toilet/bathroom, service bathroom and office. Integrated living and dining room with fireplace, equipped kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave and electric oven. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING OR BATH LINEN.

The house is industrial style, very bright and immersed in the Atlantic forest, in the climatic resort of Morungaba, 100 km from São Paulo and 45 from Campinas. It has Wi-Fi, hot/cold A/C, 55'' Smart TV, balcony, barbecue and private fire pit. We do not accept pets. On the property, shared with other guests, there is a paved running track, tennis court, heated pool, dry sauna, trampoline and much more.
