The entire apartment underwent a complete energy-efficiency renovation at the end of 2025; the bathroom is new. Tip: From here, the Cologne Exhibition Center is on the “right” side of the Rhine. Travel time to the fairgrounds (Messe München): approximately 40 minutes. Good to know: Our cozy half-timbered house is 200 years old, so the ceiling height is correspondingly low at two meters. Part of the garden is enclosed.

If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Especially in the winter months, it is pleasantly warm and cozy with the tiled stove. In summer it is pleasantly cool and after a long day of hiking you can enjoy the evening here.
