Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Come and have a relaxing stay in the Champagne region. In the heart of wine champagne, possibility to visit the champagne cellars 30 minutes away (Épernay and Château-Thierry). 1h30 from Paris, 1 hour from Disney/Marne la Vallée/Val d 'Europe park. Entry is through a private courtyard where you can park your vehicle safely for free. Linens provided, bath towels available as well as coffee. Shops less than 10 min away: bakery, restaurant, bar, supermarket, pharmacy.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

The small train station is an old gate guardhouse. Located in the middle of the fields, it is absolute calm! It's a house that I've completely renovated with eco-friendly materials (straw, earth, local woods) to make it a cozy little nest where it's nice to pick a book from the big library, watch a movie on the cinema screen, dream by the fire. You can stroll along the old railroad voice, and even do velo-rail in the sunny days.
