There is an additional family room with electric fireplace in the basement. There is a large 2 car attached garage. The back yard overlooks beautiful Goose Creek. Home is 15 minute ride to Starved Rock State Park or Skydive Chicago. Set in a park like setting close to many amenities, parks, & restaurants. Abundant wildlife.

Upper level (has stairs) 2 bedroom overlooking the Illinois River, play in the large yard or build a campfire in the fire pit next to the river and just chill.

The running stream makes this a wildlife refuge, with tons of birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and hawks. We are 420 friendly. Come experience the magic and make a special memory!

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

Head to our many state parks, take a boat ride down the Illinois River, be adventurous and skydive at Skydive Chicago and the list goes on. This two-bedroom 1 bath house welcomes you with all the amenities to feel right at home. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably. (1-Queen Bed and 1 full size bed) It has a fully stocked kitchen. washer/dryer and outdoor seating/dining.

We have a cozy one bedroom apartment that is available on the top floor of the home and has its own independent and separate entrance! Comes with free parking on premises; recently renovated; neighborhood is safe and quiet. Shopping center with grocery store, laundry mat and restaurant is available within walking distance! We are only 5 minutes from the expressway I-88 and 10 minutes from Naperville and the outlet mall in Aurora!
