It is an old house that is usually cool and not suitable for people accustomed to air conditioning.

The ZUGNA apartment, with independent access from the ground floor of the private courtyard, is a modern-style loft with underfloor heating and air conditioning. All the old town is only pedestrian and can only be reached on foot.
