This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. We have now decided to update it and welcome lovely visitors travelling to Hereford. It has a stylish, spacious yet cosy living area, a separate kitchen and shower room, and private off-road gated parking. We are a 10 minute walk from the city Centre & Train Station.

This beautiful newly renovated barn conversion is located in the quiet village of Mordiford just five miles to the East of Hereford and benefits from lovely walks direct from the door. The property is all on one level with just two small sets of steps. The property embraces renewable energy sources with both solar panels and an air source heat pump which feeds the underfloor heating which warms the flagstones throughout the living space. We warmly welcome children and well behaved dogs.
