Welcome to Whispering Maples! Relax with the whole family here, located near the Canadian Border in Upstate NY. The property consists of 62+ acres of wooded land with a sugar bush & walking trail. Cool off in the summer months in the pool or warm up in the evenings in the hot tub. Situated between the house & pool you will find an extended deck with plenty of space to accommodate outdoor dining & relaxation. Sit out for an evening and enjoy the peaceful surroundings nature has to offer.

Located an hour outside of Montreal, Old Wood Hollow is a brick victorian homestead nestled far from the road, deep in the woods. With 100 acres to explore across hay fields, an orchard and a wooded trail, the modern farmhouse (complete with a built-in generator and a heated floors) offers a respite from the city. *Pool opens June 20th & closes on Labour Day. Lakefront Comfort

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.

Apartment is attached to our house, so we can assist you in any way. Handicap accessible with a no-step shower/no steps to enter house. House is on a quiet street- and bedrooms have room darkening curtains which means a great night’s rest!
