Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

Nice loft in a village-style neighborhood

We live in the eastern part of Paris, a quiet neighborhood, village-style les lilas, on the métro line 11 (10 minutes metro to Le Marais, 12 minutes to Châtelet-Les Halles). Our flat is a loft in a former printing factory, very cosy, with a lot of light (huge bay window, numerous roof windows and a glass door) and exposed beams and redesigned by Federico who is an architect ! The flat can host up to 5 people, there are 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine which can be also used as a bedroom.

An elegant living space features a wooden dresser adorned with decorative items, including a chessboard and books. A glass partition separates the area from the kitchen, which is visible in the background. Soft natural light fills the room through large windows.

Our bright and calm loft

This loft is very special and you could easily fall in love with the atmosphere. It's a super bright and calm place with a big kitchen and a big living room, ideally located between the 11th and the 20th. We've put our heart decorating it, and it's likely that when you'll book it we will have new things, flowers, and surprises. It has everything you could maybe need, wifi, dishwasher, ultra big (and already plugged) video projector, AC in the room. Just come and enjoy

Nice brand new studio very well equipped 10 minutes by bus from the RER Val de Fontenay or Croix de Chaveaux, ideal for one or two people (see with a child under 5 years old). Isolated from the rest of the house with private access 24 hours a day. TV full HD sur antenne TNT HD, Wifi fibre, 4G+ #covid19: Given the health context, we have the studio cleaned by a specialized company after each guest's departure and once every week if a stay longer than 5 days.

Comfortable duplex in Saint-Germain-des-Prés

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.
