Our apartment is perfectly situated in Petit Maroc, the oldest neighbourhood in Saint Nazaire. From the living room, you can watch the canal lock in operation and the boats (boat movements). You can get to all the tourist attractions of the city, the beach and heart of the city, Place du Commando, on foot or by bike. With a surface area of 40m², the kitchen area faces east, on the garden side and the living room and bedroom face west, with a clear view of the sea and the setting sun.

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. I am renting my apartment located 10 minutes' walk to Porcé Beach, 10 minutes' drive to Pornichet and 15 minutes to La Baule. The building is secured with surveillance cameras in common areas. it is on the 5th floor with elevator, on a square where there is a Carrefour market, bakery, post office, pharmacy, and Baker. On Wednesday mornings, there is a market in the square. A crib and high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby.

There is a terrace for meals, and you can see Saint Nazaire and the cruise ships under construction in the shipyards. You can admire the many birds that stop over on the beach, the sea that invades the sandbanks during high tides, or the kitesurfing...
