Located meters from the Rambla, next to the Center and Historic District. The tower is located on a private, fenced property with 24-hour doorman, a lounge with industrial washing machines and dryers, games, a gym, parking spaces, and a solarium. On the (highest) 25th floor, there is a terrace that borders the entire building, with a 360° view. You'll see the city from here like never before!

Comfortable 3 adults or 2 adults and two children (Sommier two places + sofa bed). All services in the block: bars, restaurants, super, pharmacy, laundry, currency exchange. 5-10 minutes by taxi from the shoppings. Spacious, bright, warm and modern, bathroom and full kitchen, air conditioning in room and living room. Safe and nice area.

Located in the historic "Rambla" building in the Pocitos neighborhood, one of the city's most exclusive, connected and safe areas. Imagine having breakfast at the terrace bar with a stunning view before a day of walks, and then returning to rest on a comfortable mattress and a cozy, heated studio. That's what our apartment is.

You'll be sorry to leave. I recommend reading guest feedback. Impeccable, bright, quiet, fully equipped studio. It will give you the feeling of being the first to use everything. The building has a laundry room, gym and rooftop with loungers and tables, limited to guests. Magnificent location: one block from the beach; close to all kinds of shops, restaurants, and shopping center. Unrated street parking.
