Apartment with an unbeatable view of the east of the city, Punta Carretas, from the 20th floor. With two bedrooms, balcony, terrace, and large garage. Located meters from the Rambla, next to the Center and Historic District. The tower is located on a private, fenced property with 24-hour doorman, a lounge with industrial washing machines and dryers, games, a gym, parking spaces, and a solarium. On the (highest) 25th floor, there is a terrace that borders the entire building, with a 360° view. You'll see the city from here like never before!
