The tower is located on a private, fenced property with 24-hour doorman, a lounge with industrial washing machines and dryers, games, a gym, parking spaces, and a solarium. On the (highest) 25th floor, there is a terrace that borders the entire building, with a 360° view. You'll see the city from here like never before!

All services in the block: bars, restaurants, super, pharmacy, laundry, currency exchange. 5-10 minutes by taxi from the shoppings. Spacious, bright, warm and modern, bathroom and full kitchen, air conditioning in room and living room. Safe and nice area.
