Surrounded by acres of private meadows, the house overlooks a unique vantage point, perfect for relaxing holidays with family or groups of friends, away from the chaos and in close contact with nature.

The house, immersed in the historic center of the City of Amandola, totally renovated and furnished, has: 2 cozy rooms, a bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi bali Hamman with Turkish bath, a sofa bed in front of the fireplace (not usable), a large living room with kitchen and relaxation area, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Sibillini Mountains. "Il Gioiello" is equipped with a large kitchen furnished and equipped with a ventilated oven, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge.

Enjoy nature 400 meters from the central square of Ascoli. You can get to the center with a walk. House with garden overlooking the river and the Papal Paper Mill. A quiet and peaceful place. You will be greeted by the warmth of the rustic environment of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone masonry. The Castellano River, which can be easily reached on foot, is perfect for a walk in any season or a cool summer swim. We look forward to seeing you!

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. The apartment centrally located, cosy and affordable. Located in the historic center of Norcia, in the Sibillini National Park. The apartment is part of an old building completely renovated in 1993 according to anti-seismic regulations. It has not suffered any damage from the recent earthquake of 24 August 2016 and following.
