The house is industrial in style, very bright and immersed in the Atlantic forest, in the climatic resort of Morungaba, 100 km from São Paulo and 45 km from Campinas. On the ranch, in shared use with any other guests, there is: an asphalted running track, tennis court, heated swimming pool, dry sauna, trampoline and much more. We had a kitten in the house, but we took it to Serra Negra, so disregard the positive and negative comments directed at it... The house has a heated swimming pool, which is very warm in the morning.
