Excellent house in a upscale neighborhood of Serra Negra, situated in the upper part of the city and strictly residential. It has 4 suites, one of them on the ground floor, great for elderly people with difficulty climbing stairs. Air-conditioning in all rooms, fireplace, barbecue, cable TV, WI-FI with 105 MB of speed, swimming pool (optional air-conditioning) with space reserved for children, and you can also choose to have an employee to prepare basic meals and tidy the house daily.

The house is industrial in style, very bright and immersed in the Atlantic forest, in the climatic resort of Morungaba, 100 km from São Paulo and 45 km from Campinas. We had a kitten in the house, but we took it to Serra Negra, so disregard the positive and negative comments directed at it... The house has a heated swimming pool, which is very warm in the morning. I leave sheets on the beds, bedspreads, and white towels so you don't have to bring them and so you receive them in the best way. Everything to make it a perfect and pleasant stay.
