We do live on property in the main house.

The Lockly house is a newly renovated and fully furnished three bedroom house. Furnished with family in mind, enjoy wi-fi, 3 smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors throughout and washer and dryer available in house. One bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms on the second floor. The third bedroom is furnished as a media room for an extra living space to spread out. Can accommodate up to 8 guests. The Lockly house was built in 1910. Within 30 minutes of Fort Wayne, IN and Lima, OH.

Enchanting 1 BR/1 BTH carriage house in Fort Wayne, close to amenities, but nestled amidst trees and wildlife for privacy and serenity. This second story space located minutes from downtown, Parkview and PFW still sits on a quiet 2 acre lot. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

We have an enclosed patio with monopoly table for play. Close to embassy theater, zoo, coliseum and more- We can help with easy directions!!

The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.

We offer two queen sized beds in the larger of the two bedrooms and a full sized bed in the second bedroom. Large wall mounted televisions in the living room and main bedroom will provide entertainment for our guests.
