In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only there a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of property area, partly fenced (the green area in front of the property is not fenced), so that a dog brought along can also go for a walk alone. A garden with beach chair, a sandbox for the little ones, a chill-out corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.

We welcome you in a two-storey, 150 year old brick house which has been lovingly restored by us. The apartment is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. It consists of two rooms, kitchen and bathroom, and is for 2-4 persons. There is the possibility to put an extra bed in the bedroom. The rooms can be comfortably heated by a tiled stove, wood is available.
