There are nice baths, exercise trails, electric light trails, outdoor gym, bike and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car to central Gothenburg. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with space for 2-4 p and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and cereal are included. During the May-September high season, only bookings for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

A modern bathroom is showcased with dark marble tiles adorning the walls and floor. A glass-enclosed shower area features a rainfall showerhead. A gold-finished sink and towel rack are also present, enhancing the contemporary design.

You will be close to everything when you live in this centrally located home in a quiet residential area. Newly renovated apartment in the basement with proximity to Gothenburg city and Mölndal city center. Also close to bakery, gym, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, playgrounds, bus stops as well as only 10 minutes to the nearest lake & sea. More information can be found in the guest binder or online. Here you can enjoy a modern, spacious and complete accommodation with room for up to four people (i.e. two adults and two children).

An outdoor seating area is highlighted by a wooden deck surrounded by a fence. Comfortable seating is arranged around a low table, and soft lighting is installed along the perimeter. A potted plant adds a touch of greenery to the space.

Casa Oliva - the nicest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefall house of 30 m2 called Casa Oliva, is a very homely little house built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those who travel alone, or those who visit Gothenburg on a couple's weekend or longer holiday, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children).
