The Voorhuis of our national monument farm has been renovated into a fully luxurious suite with its own facilities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. No less than 65 m2 with a private kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with free-standing bathtub. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option, at an additional cost, to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, you will be wonderfully.

In the most beautiful part of Giethoorn, outside the busy tourist area, this unique holiday home is located in the middle of nature. With unobstructed views over the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1x 2-person and 2x 1-person bed). There is another 5th bed (1 pers.) in the hall upstairs. We would like to know if you would like to use a sheet package (bedding & towels). Surcharge is €10.00 p.p. The renovated bathroom makes the cottage a luxurious place to enjoy the tranquility, space and nature.

Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

Peace and Quiet. In our atmospheric ecological Shepherd's hut you can enjoy the Ruinen forestry in the front garden and the Dwingelderveld in the backyard is a 10minute bike ride away. On one of the most beautiful rural roads just outside the village of Sint Jansklooster is the renovated humpback bridge farm from 1667. We have furnished the front house of the farm as a cozy stay for 2 guests who are eager for peace and privacy. The comfortably furnished front house has a private entrance . You have access to 2 canoes and a men's and women's bike. The many cycling, hiking and canoe routes let you experience the National Park Weerribben-Wieden in all seasons.

Een prachtig houten huis gelegen op het erf van mijn ouders. Kom tot rust in een oase van groen van voorjaar tot begin najaar, een prachtig warm herfstgevoel wanneer de bomen van kleur veranderen of de knusheid opzoeken in de wintermaanden. In de prachtige omgeving zijn veel plekken te bezoeken. Giethoorn, vestingstad Steenwijk en de Havelterheide. Verder zijn er drie nationale parken in de buurt, NP Weerribben Wieden, het Drents Friese Wold en het Dwingelderveld.

In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

At the edge of National Park Weerribben-Wieden, lies our holiday home located on the meadows. Enjoy nature and tranquility, but also a perfect base for exploring the Weerribben-Wieden. The towns of Kalenberg, Blokzijl, Giethoorn and Dwarsgracht are within cycling distance. Or rent a boat to view the Weerribben from the water.
