Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. New apartment situated only 25 mins by bus away from the center of Dubrovnik. You can enjoy in peaceful and quiet neighbourhood and in perfectly calming view to the river and its surroundings. The apartment has bedroom, bathroom with the tub and kitchen/living room equipped with all appliances. Bus stop to the old town is about 6 mins walking distance and the other, when comimg back from town, just across the street. Buses operate every 20 mins You can park the car on the street near the house.

Studio "You & Me" is cute and comfortable studio for two, located in Dubrovnik, Lapad area, only 1 min away by foot from Lapad promenade and couple of minutes by foot from popular Sunset beach Lapad. Secured and free parking in our yard. Fast WIFI. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Also, we are 10 minutes away from the Old town BY BUS (about 3.5km far). The bus stop, supermarket, open green market are all in very short walking distance.
