In the west of Duisburg, on the city limits to Krefeld and Moers, our apartment (45 square meters) is located in a quiet side street. Due to the nearby highway A 57 (about 2 km) with the junctions to the A 40, A 42 and A 44, you can quickly reach worthwhile excursion destinations on the Lower Rhine and in the Ruhr area, the airport and the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center. If you have to work temporarily in Krefeld, Duisburg or Moers, you will find comfortable accommodation with us even for a longer period of time.

We offer a modern furnished bungalow exclusively for guests. The bungalow is 62qm large, has a private entrance, private garden and pour on the cozy charm. Due to the quiet locaion you can relax in the living room with TV, kitchen and dining area. You can make yourself delicious meals in the equipped kitchen. Thetwo seperate bedrooms have very comfortable box-spring beds. The small bathroom is suitable for senior citizens with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

Ein schickes Apartment , modern eingerichtet mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Zum benutzen sind auch Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine bereitgestellt . Kaffee Pads und Teebeutel sind vorhanden, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden bereit gestellt.

Good connection to the trade fair in Düsseldorf (bus, train, highway easily accessible.) Small table for working.

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

Fitter/Ferien-Apartment 35 sqm

The studio apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building directly above the Schwafheim steak house. Although the house is located on a street with through traffic, you are a few steps away in the countryside between fields and meadows. The Toepper See recreational area is within walking distance. The A40, A42 and A57 highways are a few minutes drive away. Daily shopping can be done in the supermarket across the street.

The apartment is also very suitable for longer stays!
