Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Ein schickes Apartment , modern eingerichtet mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Zum benutzen sind auch Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine bereitgestellt . Kaffee Pads und Teebeutel sind vorhanden, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden bereit gestellt.

Close to buses and train station (approx. 5-minute walk), the city center invites you to stroll (10 - 15-minute walk), Schlosspark as well. Groceries approx. 10 minutes' walk. Good connection to the trade fair in Düsseldorf (bus, train, highway easily accessible.) Small table for working.

The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The dining table is suitable for 4-8 people. The apartment has a comfortable double bed as well as a sofa bed for two more people. The bathroom is small but functional.
