Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath house. Located within easy walking distance of downtown Missoula, the river-trail system, concerts at the Wilma or Top Hat, the Top Hat's Kettlehouse Amphitheater shuttle, or the University of Montana - and convenient to the Van Buren St. I-90 exchange.

There are 2 mini-split AC/heating units, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge w/ ice maker, a microwave, & a full stove range and a 56" tv. There is a deck w/ two recliner chairs. The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large closet & another 56" TV. The unit has a full bathroom. The living room has a couch that pulls out to a king size memory foam mattress. The unit is about 2mi from campus and 1mi from downtown.
