Start your mornings sipping coffee or tea outside and then take a walk around the picturesque lake or find your own fishing spot. Kayaks are available to rent nearby. Relax in the hammocks or sit around a campfire. In the colder season, cozy up to the electric fireplace, work on a puzzle, play games, read or watch a movie. We hope you find restoration here.

The upper level has large living area (a great kid space), a bedroom with two queen beds, and a half bath. A full bed is also available and located in the upstairs living room. Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.
