The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Our 85m2 holiday home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with their own shower room, on the upper floor. Our holiday home is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/Sat is in every room. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Internet access via WLAN. Each unit also has a terrace with a barbecue and loungers. Free parking.

From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
