The living area of the chalet is 115m2, with a spacious and sunny terrace all around. In the immediate vicinity are the beautiful and cozy ski areas of Kreischberg, Katschberg and Turracher Höhe.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The house has one of the most unique locations to explore Bohinj/ Triglav National Park. Guests often say they got exactly what they were searching for - an unforgettable experience in an Authentic Alpine House with peace and quiet that are guaranteed to relax you... a private big Garden with a BBQ area, Firepit, Swings, Trampoline, Kids toys/Sand, Netfix and Board games are all available for you when you will return from your Bohinj day trips/hikes.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Rund 30qm lassen Sie die Zeit, bei einem Blick auf den Harnischen Hauptkamm vergessen. Ein Kamin und eine Außensauna sorgen für angenehme Wärme, wenn Sie nach einem anstrengenden Skitag nach Hause kommen.

Hillside Retreat

Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

Lodges-Krpin, Lados Lodge near Bled

Lodges Krpin are located on the sunny side of the Alps. That means that even the early and late months like April/May and September/October are fabulous to have some days off. The prices are lower, its not as crowded around Lake Bled and the spring and autumn colors are fantastic.
