Unser Ferienhaus liegt am See, besteht aus vier Wohnungen (Schlaf-/Wohnbereich in einem), Waschküche (inkl. Trockner) Sauna+Dampfdusche. Das große Seegrundstück ist Abenteuerplatz und Erholungsoase, zum Baden, Sonne & Natur genießen, Seele baumeln lassen. Der Kontrast zu überlaufen Seen. Gut abgesichert nur durch eine Zufahrtsstraße vom Haus getrennt. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
