Surface area of 28 m2 + south-facing terrace with a beautiful unobstructed view. Reserved parking space, digicode, bus line 13 at the foot of the building to reach the city center in 15 minutes. Beautiful bright accommodation, facing south on the 2nd floor, located at the commercial port facing the 3rd basin. you will enjoy sitting on the sofa or having lunch with a beautiful view of the commercial port. The living room is very nice and just makes you want to discover the horizon. The bedroom includes a 160*200 bed, a large closet and a desk. A second quality sleeping area is available in the living room. Bathroom with a double sink and an XXL shower. Separate toilet.
