Stay in peace at this smoke-free, quiet abode. Within 10 mins of Milford (Bayhealth Sussex, Walmart, shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). 15 mins: DE Turf, Milton, breweries. 20-30 mins: Bowers Bch, Pickering Bch, Sports at the Bch, Dover & Georgetown, theaters & casinos. 30-45 mins: other beaches and outlets. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are just 2 minutes from bayhealth hospital Milford campus, 10 minutes from DE turf & 20-30 minutes from all beaches. Early check in available upon request for 12:00pm, fee $100. During the summer months we offer our pool for guest use! We welcome families & fur babies! We do have 5 dogs ourself that roam freely in our backyard. PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY Pets crated when unattended!

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Features very large bedroom with a new king bed with a hybrid mattress, and spacious living room with a queen size pull out couch. Well equipped kitchen with toaster oven, electric skillet, countertop burner, microwave, and coffee makers. Only 3 mi. to DE Turf, 15 mi. to Dover, and 30 mi. to the beaches! There are open stairs, so not appropriate for small children. Well-behaved pets welcome.
